RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns! Though it is rare, we have had a few returns over the years. Our policy is to issue store credits unless pre-authorized for a payment refund. To be pre-authorized, you must use the contact page to send a message to us prior to purchasing an item. Once we obtain measurement info from you, we will be able to advise you about the fit and pre-authorize your return.
DEPOSITS:
When order a custom item, we usually require a deposit which is subtracted from your total once the item is completed. If the final payment for the order is not made within 6 weeks time, the remaining balance may be subject to a 10% fee. If no payment is made within 2 months, we may list the item for sale, at which time your deposit is not refundable. You may use the FLEXpay option at anytime prior to the 2 month deadline to avoid this.
ALTERATIONS:
Hemming to your desired length is included in the price of your item. Adding length requires a nominal charge. Should you need alterations, please contact us prior to purchasing an item.
SIZING:
DRESSES: The bust is measured at the fullest part of the bust. The underbust is measured around the ribcage, directly under the bust. Both of these numbers should be within the size measurement of the dress for an ideal fit. Length is measured from the underarm to the bottom hem of the dress. Spin indicates how much material in inches was used in the bottom ruffle of the dress.
SKIRTS: Drawstring waist maximum has to be larger than your hip measurement. Length is measured from top of skirt bottom hem.

How to care for your items
We want your items to last forever! With lots of love and a little careful attention, your elyse oRiGiNaLs will last for many moons. Please follow these care instructions: Machine wash cold, inside out- gentle cycle- and hang to dry. When 95% dry, place item(s) in dryer on low heat for 5 minutes to de-wrinkle. (If you do put items in the dryer on a regular basis without hanging them to dry, the fabrics will get dingy after a while- take our word for it. Keep 'em bright- hang to dry)
