On the bottom of this fantastic skirt is a double tier ruffle made of 3 strips of coordinating fabric. The bottom ruffle is up-cycled super pretty eyelet lace. CHECK OUT THE AWESOME POCKET!! This signature rounded bottom pocket is completely lined & measures 6" by 7.5". The waist is drawstring for adjustable comfort!
